Today we went to visit Fabrice and Carine in La Croix Valmer. Fabrice took us out on a boat ride and the kids showed their Wake-boarding skills. Valentine, Victoire, Juliette and Kristan each had a go with the wakeboard. Some runs where more successful than others :-).
We had a delicious dinner in La Croix Valmer with the whole gang (thumbs up to David and Germain for cracking jokes at an incredible speed). I was also able to do a test-drive with the E-Moke from Fabrice (a sort of electric Mehari)!
The second day we were invited for dinner at their place. Before going for groceries we had a Jeu de Boule in the garden where Victoire and me teamed up against Fabrice and David. It ended in a tie after some magnificent points by brave Victoire who’s moto was “It’s Okaaay”! After the game we went to the butcher in La Croix Valmer to get supplies for the fabulous Fondue Bourgignon that would follow but of course… first we took a small “apero” at the local bar. Oufti… Fabrice, David and Germin sure know how to take a good apero :-).
